Refund policy

Dishy Dogs is not required to offer a credit or refund at all if a customer simply changes their mind, or has found the product elsewhere, according to QLD and Australian Law (Trade Practices Acts), however, see our policies below. 

Do you have an exchange policy?

Yes, with the exception of ALL frozen products such as our range of raw foods and bone broths! You need to notify us and return the item unopened within 5 days - because freshness and quality are paramount. Unfortunately, we can’t accept claims after this time.

Can I get a refund?

For changes of mind or ordering accidents, we’ll happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method with the exception of all frozen products such as our range of raw foods and bone broths!. Unfortunately, shipping charges can’t be included.

What if my product isn’t up to scratch?

It’s first-rate products or nothing at Dishy Dogs, so if you’ve found your product to be faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample, don’t keep it to yourself - let us know about it.

Depending on the circumstances, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement - provided you get it back to us in reasonable time with proof of purchase.
